SAS is looking for a Principal Sales Training and Development Specialist to join our EMEA Organisational Effectiveness & Development Team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Sales and Senior Management training across the Pan EMEA region. This role can be based from any SAS location across the region (with a preference for Copenhagen, DK, and Marlow, UK), and travel is anticipated up to 70% of the time.
Working closely with management and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for the management and sales training programmes, to increase employee capabilities, strengthen leadership, and improve organisational effectiveness across the region.

As the successful candidate, you will be skilled in the following:
Strong business level language capabilities in English and at least 1 other European language. you will have excellent presentation skills, be able to lead projects in a development lifecycle, and deliver effective programs and projects on time. You will be adept at working with executive sales management and partner organisations, and open to travel across the region. Previous sales management experience would be preferred although not essential.
