    Role Purpose

     

    SAS have supported the Commercial sector (Communications, Consumer Goods, Energy, Gaming, Media, Retail, Travel & Transportation and Utilities) for over 40 years and are uniquely placed to support our clients with a full range of market leading software including data management, Internet of Things, Supply Chain Intelligence, Demand-Driven Forecasting & Optimisation, advanced analytics platform, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

     

    Working as part of the DACH Commercial team will present you with the opportunity to drive change, deliver strategic value and broaden your knowledge in the above domanis. You will work as part of the Commercial sector team with a primary focus on Retail customers.

    What are we looking for?

     

    • Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques and principles specifically in the software industry.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the Commercial industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic selling skills, skills in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan.
    • Ability to initiate and lead projects.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to travel.

     

    Location

     

    This role is based from any of our offices in Germany, preferably Heidelberg, and will require travel across the DACH region to meet with customers.
